Wronk Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, Wronk and its licensors own the copyrights, database rights, design rights, trademarks, branding, software, interface design, written materials, visual assets and other proprietary content made available through Wronk.
Your use of Wronk does not transfer ownership of any Wronk intellectual property. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, republish, sell, sublicense or publicly exploit Wronk materials except as allowed by law or by Wronk's express written permission.
User Content and Responsibility
Users may submit or publish only content they own or are authorized to use, host, copy, display and distribute through Wronk. This includes files, images, banners, text, package content, configuration materials, avatars, page content and any other uploaded or submitted work.
You remain responsible for the rights status of the content you upload, publish or otherwise make available through Wronk. If you do not have the necessary rights, you must not submit the material.
License Needed to Operate the Service
By submitting content to Wronk, you grant Wronk a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, process, adapt for technical display, distribute and display that content only as needed to run the relevant service feature, such as uploads, public pages, desktop content delivery, community listings or support review.
This license does not transfer ownership of your work to Wronk and is limited to operational uses reasonably connected to the service.
Reporting Claimed Infringement
If you believe material available through Wronk infringes your copyright, you may send a notice to legal@wronk.app. Wronk asks rightsholders or authorized agents to provide enough information to identify both the copyrighted work and the allegedly infringing material.
A notice should include your name, contact information, identification of the copyrighted work, the location of the material at issue, a statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized, a statement that the information is accurate and submitted by the owner or an authorized agent, and a physical or electronic signature.
Wronk may reject or delay action on notices that are incomplete, abusive, unclear or not reasonably sufficient to locate the material.
Response to Notices
After receiving a sufficiently detailed complaint, Wronk may review the report and may remove, disable, restrict or otherwise limit access to the identified material while the issue is assessed.
Wronk may notify the affected user where appropriate and may ask either side for additional information before making a final decision.
Nothing in this policy requires Wronk to keep allegedly infringing material online while a complaint is being reviewed.
Counter-Notice and Dispute Review
If your content was removed or restricted because of a copyright complaint and you believe the complaint was made in error or that you have the right to use the material, you may contact legal@wronk.app and provide the information needed for Wronk to review the dispute.
Wronk may decline to restore content if restoration would create legal risk, if the dispute remains unresolved, if the response is incomplete or if other platform-safety concerns justify continued restriction.
Repeat Infringement Policy
Wronk may suspend, limit or terminate accounts that repeatedly upload, submit or publish infringing material or that otherwise create repeated copyright risk for the service or its users.
Wronk may also restrict access to specific features, remove public pages, disable uploads or block community publishing where repeated violations are connected to a particular account, workspace or usage pattern.
Trademarks and Brand Use
Wronk names, logos, product names, brand elements and trade dress may not be used in a way that suggests sponsorship, endorsement, affiliation or ownership without permission.
Nothing in this policy gives you a license to use Wronk branding except as necessary for truthful, nominative reference permitted by law.
Third-Party Materials and Open-Source Notices
Wronk services, including the desktop application, may include or rely on third-party software, libraries, content or services that are made available under their own license terms or notices.
Rights in third-party materials remain with their respective owners, and your use of those materials may be subject to additional terms supplied with the relevant component or service.
General Support and Legal Contact

Wronk may keep records of copyright notices, responses, removals, reinstatement decisions and related communications where reasonably necessary for operations, legal compliance, abuse prevention and dispute handling.
